Dear Wagon Wheel Families,
Welcome to a new school year! It is with great excitement and gratitude that I welcome you back for my second year as Principal of Wagon Wheel Elementary School. It has been an incredible privilege to serve this outstanding community, and I am grateful for the warm welcome, trust, and support you have shown me throughout my first year.
As I reflect on the past year, I am proud of all that we accomplished together. From the growth and achievements of our students to the strong partnerships we continue to build with our families and staff, it is clear that Wagon Wheel is a special place. Our school is filled with dedicated educators, engaged families, and remarkable students who make coming to work each day a true joy.
As we begin this new year, I remain deeply committed to our mission of providing every student with a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment where they can thrive academically, socially, and emotionally. We will continue to foster a culture of kindness, inclusion, curiosity, and high expectations while ensuring that every child feels valued, supported, and inspired to reach their full potential.
With more than thirty-two years in education and thirteen years as a principal within the Capistrano Unified School District, I continue to be energized by the opportunity to work alongside exceptional educators and families in support of our students. Each year brings new opportunities to learn, grow, and celebrate success together, and I look forward to building upon the strong foundation we established last year.
At Wagon Wheel, we know that our greatest successes happen when school and home work together as partners. I encourage you to stay involved, communicate with us, and participate in the many activities and events that make our school community so vibrant.
